Our 'Phoenix' Project provides an opportunity for social activities for people aged over 50 from within Teesside and East Cleveland who may through ill-health, bereavement or any other reason be feeling isolated from the wider community. The phoenix is a symbol of re-birth or regeneration and through this project we aim to enhance and improve older people's lifestyles by renewing their social networks.
